Free cheque writing and printing with editable bank templates, adjustable text fields, a printer feeding guide, cheque PDF output and local backups. Sign in to save private history, manage payees and sync with your web account.
The installer adds Print Cheque to Start and Installed apps. Portable runs without installation or app registration. To repair an installation, run the installer again using the same folder.
Preview release: unsigned, not Microsoft Store certified. Windows may show an unknown-publisher warning. Physical-printer validation is still required.

Which Mac edition will I need?
Open the Apple menu → About This Mac. If you see “Chip” followed by an M-series name, choose Apple silicon. If you see “Processor” followed by Intel, choose Intel Mac. This is a macOS desktop edition; an iPhone or iPad app is not included.
How Mac installation and removal will work
Open the downloaded disk image, drag Print Cheque into Applications and eject the disk image. Open Print Cheque from Applications, read the agreement and enable local storage. To remove it, sign out, quit Print Cheque and move the app to Trash. Records and backups remain in your user data folder; Settings shows its location.
Set up your bank template before the first print
- Review the terms and enable local storage when the app opens.
- Create a template in Layouts, choose its country and currency, and enter your measured cheque dimensions. The editable starting size is 205 × 100 mm.
- Align the fields, check a plain-paper test at 100% actual size and save the template. Printer feeds and margins vary.
Offline printing and manual alignment need no account or internet. Google or email sign-in connects your private web account. After browser approval, records sync automatically; you can pause sync in Settings. Local databases and backups are not encrypted by the app.
